Ansel Adams said “The Negative is the equivalent of the composer’s score, and the Print the performance.” The Digital Darkroom allows me the same tools as a Painter and the work process is pretty much the same, sans the odor of paint. Having real time to look through the 12 year catalog of my “scores”, aka “Digital Negatives”, I’m finally figuring out how to perform them.
