In Greek mythology, the Muse for Dance & Chorus was named Terpsichore which means “delight in dancing”
The 1947 film “Down To Earth” starred Rita Hayworth as Terpsichore who receives permission to visit Earth
She’s upset that a Broadway producer portrays Muses as less than virtuous
Ms Hayworth’s singing was dubbed in the movie – I’ve heard this one and it wouldn’t be needed
